    Houseboat Hire

A houseboat holiday is the perfect way to spend a relaxing time on Wyangala Waters. With two to choose from both sleeping up to 10 people and containing full size shower, vanity and toilet, crockery & cutlery, gas heater, fridge and hot water, cd player, extra large ice box, bbq, 240volt generator and all safety equipment. Houseboat Enterprise has a large upper sundeck and is wheelchair friendly. Houseboat Allawah is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Water Slides

The waterslides are currently not operating we apologise for any inconvenience.

Persons interested in leasing the waterslides should contact the Park Office.

 

 

 

 

Darby Falls Observatory

For a night time treat, see the stars of the southern skies from Darby Falls Observatory. At Darby's Falls you can explore the wide universe with one of the biggest telescopes available to the public. Bookings essential.

 

 

Activities

Half an hour's drive away is the town of Cowra, which has shops, restaurants and service stations. There's also Cowra's famous War Museum, a superb Japanese Garden and the Steam Train Museum.

Nature

Wyangala boasts kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, reptiles and over 60 bird species including Wedge Tail Eagles and White Breasted Sea Eagles. Numerous types of eucalypt, wattle and many native flowers are also in abundance.
